Zoomi Player and Zoomi Dashboard both use your email address as your username.
If you are having trouble logging in, here are some things you can check:
1. Are you sure you have an account?
Passwords for Zoomi Dashboard is set up by clicking on a link when you received an invitation to join, and entering your password twice. If you didn't receive this email invitation and set a password, you may not have an account.
Passwords for Zoomi Player are created when you create your account. In some cases, an account will have been created for you, and a default password sent to you. If neither of these things has occurred, you may not have an account.
If you think your account might not be set up, please check with your organization, or enter a Support Request
2. Be sure you are entering your username (email) and password correctly.
The Username is not case sensitive, but the password field is.
3. Make sure you are using the correct URL.
Bookmarking a website is great, but doesn't often work well for web applications such as Zoomi Dashboard and Zoomi Player. Try typing in the correct URL directly and see if that resolves the issue:
Player (usually provided in an email): https://mycourse.mycompany.zoomiinc.com
4. Clear Cache and Cookies
